In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order and give you the option to confirm the purchase at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners, which include Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal Wallet. Promotional discounts and offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
6. Orders & Contract Formation
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected items. A legally binding contract between you and Bruderfeld is formed at the point we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming that your order has been shipped. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, stock discrepancies, or errors in product or pricing information. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued promptly.
7. Cancellations
Due to our fast-paced fulfilment process, cancellations can only be requested within 2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at kontakt@bruderfeld.de. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, please wait for delivery and then follow our standard returns process. Approved refunds following a cancellation will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
