1. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend and no hidden fees. If you require faster delivery, expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost, which will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
3. Delivery Times
After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 5–14 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. During peak periods — such as holidays, sales events, or high-demand seasons — delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience in these periods and will always keep you informed through tracking updates.
4. Order Tracking
Every order includes full tracking from the moment it is dispatched. Your tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order leaves our fulfilment centre. You can use this number to monitor your parcel's progress at any time. If your tracking information has not been updated within 7 business days of receiving your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at kontakt@bruderfeld.de and we will investigate on your behalf.
5. Fulfilment & Logistics
To ensure fast and reliable delivery, we operate fulfilment centres across multiple locations. Orders are routed to our centres in the United States, Germany, and China based on stock availability and proximity to the delivery destination, allowing us to dispatch from the closest available location for the most efficient routing. All products, regardless of their dispatch origin, go through the same strict quality control process before being shipped. Every order is packed using reinforced, tamper-evident packaging to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For customers within Germany and the European Union, no additional customs fees or import duties apply to your order. For customers outside the EU, please be aware that your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by your local authorities upon arrival. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you are unsure whether charges may apply in your region.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, appears to be lost in transit, or has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us immediately at kontakt@bruderfeld.de with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate the issue promptly and offer you, at your choice, either a free replacement or a full refund. We are committed to making sure every order reaches you in perfect condition.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If you realise you have entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@bruderfeld.de — we will do our best to update it before your order is dispatched. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, we are unable to redirect or intercept the parcel. If your order is returned to us as a result of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we will reship it to the corrected address free of charge once we receive it back.
