1. Return Conditions

We accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. All returned items must be unused, free of any odours, stains, or damage, and must have the original tags attached and original packaging intact, with no signs of wear or use. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at their expense.


2. How to Request a Return

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Prior authorisation is required for all returns. To initiate a return, email us at kontakt@bruderfeld.de with your order number and the reason for your return. We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and provide full return instructions. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.


3. Return Shipping Costs

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a store error, we will cover all return shipping costs in full. In all other cases, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. This includes, but is not limited to: change of mind, wrong size selected, wrong colour selected, duplicate orders placed by the customer, incorrect item ordered by the customer, item not meeting expectations, accidental purchases, delayed return requests, and any other reason resulting from customer error or preference.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at kontakt@bruderfeld.de with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will offer you, at your choice, either a free replacement or a full refund. All return shipping costs in these cases are fully covered by us.


5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may not appear until your next one to two billing cycles. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of a defective, damaged, or incorrectly dispatched item.


6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us before initiating your return so we can confirm availability. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is no longer available, a full refund will be issued instead.


7. Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered after receipt, items missing original tags or packaging, or any item showing signs of use. Returns that do not comply with our conditions will not be processed.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, we recommend first checking your bank account and contacting your card issuer, as processing times can vary. If your refund has still not appeared after 7–14 business days from our confirmation, please contact us at kontakt@bruderfeld.de and we will investigate promptly.


9. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided all return conditions set out in Section 1 are fully met. Both the deadline and the conditions apply together — items that do not meet our return conditions will not be accepted regardless of when the request is submitted. This policy is in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. Requests submitted outside the 14-day window will not be accepted under any circumstances.
